HSC Technology Group signs 3-year national PERs supply agreement with VitalCALL/Chubb.
- The agreement includes supply of PERs (Personal Emergency Response) devices, powered by HSC’s TALIUS™ Smart Care Platform, to all VitalCALL/Chubb current and future clients nationally
- The initial term of the agreement is 3 years with an option to extend for 12 months
- VitalCALL/Chubb is one of Australia’s largest providers of PERs systems in Australia
HSC Technology Group is pleased to announce it has signed an agreement with VitalCALL/Chubb to supply next generation assistive technology solutions to their national client base.
The agreement includes the supply of assistive technology (PERs) and HSC’s TALIUS™ Smart Care Platform to the current and future clients of VitalCALL in the retirement living, independent living and community cares sectors. The initial term of the agreement is 3 years with an option exercisable by either party to renew for a further 12 months.

The agreement was driven by Telstra’s pending 3G shutdown, which requires 300,000 Australian PERs devices to be upgraded before 2024.
“VitalCALL have now not only solved the 3G shutdown issue but will be able to use TALIUS™ to extend their services to clients by adding additional sensors and devices into the system, such as voice activated alerts, fall detection radars and sleep vital sign sensors. This will support the growth of both our businesses.” Mr. Russell said.
